But a man with a mask, and nine tiny reindeer.

When out on the lawn there rose such a clatter, I slid from my seat to see

what was the matter.  Away to the window I ran like a flash, swung open

the shutters and threw up the sash.

The children were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of liquorice

danced in their heads.  And mamma in her workout gear, and I in my cap

had just settled down for a long winter's nap.
