2011 Turtle Races

Wednesday, June 1, 2011 - FIRST race of the season

Winners pictured with Brittany Bachmann Miss Perham are the Winners:  Anna Burton (Grand Champion) from Perham, Grace Wallgren (New York Mills), and  Isadora Winkel (Perham.)

We had slow start to the season with 66 racers from Alaska, Arizona, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota,  MIssouri, North Dakotaand Nebraska.  But the weather was GREAT and school  will be out on Thursday 6-2-11!

Last race of the year - we had 147 racers.

We had 146 racers today, despite a few clouds and sprinkles.

Winners from today's race:  1) Taylor Grinnell from Chippewa Falls, WI 2) Madison  Bailey from Perham, 3) Nick Longerbone from Comfrey, MN and of course Jenna Strege - our Miss Perham.

Friday - June 25, 2010.  We had 174 racers today.
